Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Arabic Life. This policy outlines how refunds work for our subscription plans.

1. 7-Day Cooling Off Period

New subscribers are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of their first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with Arabic Life for any reason during this period, you may request a complete refund — no questions asked.

This cooling off period applies to your initial subscription only and resets if you change to a different plan tier (e.g., upgrading from Plus to Pro).

2. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund in two ways:

  • Email us at hello@tork.network with your account email and reason for the refund
  • Cancel in account settings — navigate to your account settings and select “Cancel Subscription”. If within the 7-day cooling off period, you will be prompted to request a refund.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Pro-Rata Refunds

If you cancel an annual subscription after the 7-day cooling off period, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription at Tork Network's discretion. Pro-rata refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Monthly subscriptions cancelled after the cooling off period are not eligible for pro-rata refunds. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Exclusions

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Partial month usage on monthly subscriptions (after the 7-day cooling off period)
  • The free tier (no payment is involved)
  • Gift subscriptions (the purchaser should contact us directly)
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

6. Australian Consumer Law

This refund policy does not limit or override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our service has a major failure — for example, if it is substantially unfit for purpose or significantly different from its description — you may be entitled to a refund regardless of the timeframes above.
